Care plan questions
- What if I don't use all my hours?
- Unused development hours carry over to the next month, then expire.
- Can you look after a WordPress site?
- Yes. WordPress sites get plugin, theme and core updates, malware scans and backups.
- Is hosting included?
- Yes. Every plan includes managed hosting for a typical business site or web app, with backups. Unusually heavy traffic or storage is quoted separately.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, with 30 days' notice. You keep full access to your code, hosting and domain if you leave.
