THE PROBLEM

The law is public. Finding it shouldn't be hard.

Philippine Supreme Court decisions and statutes are public, but they are spread across older government sites that are slow to search, hard to read on a phone and not linked to what students actually study.

Bar reviewees spend hours tracking down the cases behind each syllabus topic, and practice exams come with no feedback on how an answer would be graded.

A library, a reviewer and a practice exam in one place.

  • Case and statute library

    Decisions and statutes on clean, citation-aware pages, searchable by case title, G.R. number, doctrine or justice.

  • Bar Review

    Every bar exam by year and subject, mapped to the Supreme Court cases and doctrines on the syllabus.

  • Model answers

    2,153 model essay answers in the ALAC format, each with a grading rubric.

  • Exam simulator

    Students write an answer and get a score with criterion-by-criterion feedback, graded by AI against the rubric.

  • Accounts and premium access

    Sign-up, access codes and premium features, with each user able to see only their own data.

  • Installable on phones

    A progressive web app that installs to the home screen for quick study on the go.

UNDER THE HOOD

How it's built

  • Data pipelinePython scrapers collect decisions year by year, with progress checkpoints and OCR for scanned two-column PDFs.
  • Web appNext.js with server rendering and incremental regeneration, so every case page is fast and fully indexable.
  • Database and authSupabase Postgres with row-level security on every user table; access codes are stored hashed and redeemed in a race-safe database function.
  • Edge cachingCloudflare caches case and statute pages at the edge, so crawler traffic is answered without reaching the app servers, which cuts hosting costs.
  • AI gradingEach practice answer is graded by AI against its rubric through a server-only API route; the API key never reaches the browser.
