A project begins only when both you and Barehacks sign a written proposal or service agreement. That agreement sets out the scope, fees, payment terms, ownership of the work, warranties and confidentiality, and it governs over anything on this website.

The website's design, text, graphics, logo and code are owned by BareHacks Software Solutions OPC or used with permission, and are protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293). The names, logos and screenshots of the products in our work section belong to their respective owners.

You may quote short passages with a link back to the source. Any other copying, reproduction or reuse needs our written permission. Other trademarks mentioned on this website, such as the names of software tools, belong to their owners.

6. What you send us

You keep ownership of the ideas, files and information you send us. By sending them, you let us use them to reply to you and to prepare a proposal.

Please do not send confidential business information through the inquiry form. If your project needs it, ask us and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement first.
