// FAQ
Straight answers.
- How long does a project take?
- Websites usually take 3–6 weeks, web app first releases 8–14 weeks, and mobile app MVPs 10–14 weeks. Your quote sets the exact timeline, and how quickly content and feedback come in is the biggest factor.
- How do you price work?
- Every build gets a fixed quote, so the price you approve is the price you pay. Projects under $5,000 are paid 50% to start and 50% at launch; larger ones 40% to start, 30% at design approval and 30% at launch. Care plans are billed monthly, and anything outside the agreed scope is quoted before we start.
- Do we own the code?
- Yes. Once the final invoice is paid, you own the design, content and code we wrote for you, and every account is in your name. We may reuse general-purpose tools we built before your project, and open-source libraries keep their own licenses.
- Can you take over an existing project?
- Yes. We start with a paid audit of the code, hosting and security, usually $300–$600 and about a week, then give you a list of fixes or a plan to rebuild what needs it. The audit fee is credited if you go ahead with the work.
These are estimates, not final terms. They depend on your project's scope and tech stack, may change without notice, and your written quote or agreement is what applies.
